The firm’s Singapore office is focused on M&A, private equity, restructuring and various modes of financing, with strong expertise in the technology, financial services, energy, commodities and natural resources sectors. The type of transactions the firm is involved in ranges from venture capital transactions to cross-border M&A, primarily in the non-listed sector.

During the research period, the M&A team was active in advising private acquisition, asset acquisition, joint venture and divestment mandates. The deals were mostly in the technology and telecommunications, energy, logistic and financial services sectors.
