The project is the first of eight planned metro line projects in Ho Chi Minh City has a total investment of more than USD 2 billion and is funded by Japanese overseas development assistance and Vietnamese counterpart funds.
Another landmark transaction saw the firm advising
PV Power during the drafting and negotiation of the Long-Term Maintenance Agreement (LTMA) contract. This is the first Liquefied natural gas (LNG) power project in Vietnam and the size is large. LTMA is a very complex contract that only a few law firms are specialized on. LNT is the first Vietnam law firm that has expertise on LTMA contract advisory works.
