LCF Law Group was founded in 2009, today in its office in Kyiv work eight partners, two counsels and four lawyers. The firm is experienced across all areas of corporate law with a particular emphasis on corporate structure work, debt restructuring and recovery, and insolvency work. 

Highlights 

A notable example of the firm’s work includes advising AVK, a leading confectionery producer in Ukraine, in bankruptcy proceedings in connection with the loss of two of the clients largest plants in Donetsk and Luhansk as a result of Russian occupation.  

In M&A, another notable example of the firm’s recent activity during the research cycle includes advising the owners of Wind Park West-R on the sale of a wind farm with a capacity of about 200 MW to an international developer.
