In capital markets, Kettani Law Firm has advised Crédit du Maroc on its bond issuance for a maximum amount of approximately USD 54,000,000. The transaction was led by partner Nadia Kettani.  

In M&A, the firm has advised Vivo Energy Group in connection with the acquisition of the usufruct of 51% of Sopetrole’s share capital and associated voting rights from Myher Holding. The transaction was led by partner Nadia Kettani.  

The firm has also advised the Moroccan Ministry of Interior for the restructuring of the distribution of water and electricity activity and the creation of Multiservices Regional Companies operating in this sector.
