In project development, the firm advised Infradnode on all legal aspects in connection to the acquisition of 49% of the “Thorsø” and “Foresom” biogas plants. The investment marks Infranode’s first investment in biogas and the start of a strategic collaboration to create a biogas platform with Renegas A/S.   

Another notable example of the firms work include advising Catena AB on the acquisition financing of Denmark’s largest logistics center from DSV, adding an estimated 315,000 sq.m of sustainable logistics to their portfolio. Horten assisted Catena with all legal matters related to the transaction.
