The firm is particularly strong in banking and capital markets work and has a robust corporate and restructuring offering. 

 

Highlights  

Deal highlights include advising Barclays in connection with a significant cross-border and multi-currency-based asset backed securitisation for Einride AB as the originator of its lease portfolio. The securitisation is recorded to be the biggest asset – backed facility in heavy duty electric transport to date.  

In the banking and finance, the firm advised a pool of lenders, consisting of over 20 banks and fund lenders in 18 jurisdictions, in connection with the 2.3 billion English law financing arrangement for the TIP Trailer Group. This transaction is reflective of the firm’s capability to coordinate and lead complex multijurisdictional transactions for leading multinational financial service institutions.
