FB Attorneys is advising Williamsons Diamonds Limited on the offloading of a mine to another market player. Acting as lead counsel, the team is involved in obtaining approval processes involving a government stakeholder, navigating environmental issue, and obtaining approvals from the anti-trust authority, mining commission, and revenue authority. The transaction is currently ongoing and led by FAyaz Bhojani and Abel Mwiburi.  

The firm is also advising a client in a partnership to establish a mortar plant in East Tanzania. The team is acting as lead counsel and involved in drafting all documents, structuring the deal, and organizing bank financing. The transaction was led by Abel Mwiburi and Phase 1 was completed in May 2025.
