Erdos • Partners formed in 2020 out of the departure of several managing partners and department heads from the Deloitte Hungary legal team.

Focusses / specialisms 

The banking and financial department provides advice to borrowers and lenders in complex transactions. It advises in project finance, loans and refinancing agreements. 

The capital markets team has experience in IPOs, capital markets compliance matters and investment services. 

The projects offering brings with it experience in renewable energy and project agreements, including power purchase agreements and EPCs. The team also assists on project management matters including contracts and legal due diligence for projects.
