Equity Law was founded in 2002 in Kyiv. The firm specialises in restructuring and insolvency and banking and finance.

Highlights  

In restructuring and insolvency, the firm continues to represent PJSC “UKRINBANK” in connection with a dispute with National Bank of Ukraine over the resumption of the bank’s activities in Ukraine. The firm is assisting PJSC “UKRINBANK” on all matters of debt collection from borrowers. 

Another notable highlight in the firms work, includes its ongoing advice representing Azovmash Group on the restructuring of $850 million debt towards 10 banks. Notably, the firm represented the client in debt restructuring before Alfa – Bank, one of Ukraine’s largest banks, as well representing two group companies in insolvency proceedings initiated by the creditors.
