The firm was active in M&A transactions, advising buyers, sellers, and investors. The firm advised shareholders and investors on share transfers, advising in both purchasing and selling capacity. The firm advised buyers in cross border asset acquisitions. The firm worked closely with large international corporations on intragroup mergers, cross border mergers including corporate reorganisations, and joint venture agreements involving complex IP rights.
