This complex matter included a multijurisdictional structure with a combination of Cayman Islands and Irish Structures and a UK manager. This also incorporated multiple feeder funds, intermediary funds and special purpose vehicles, designed with a flexible and tax efficient structure designed to be marketed in the US, EU, and UK.
