The M&A team specializes in financial services, energy and technology sector transactions for both strategic buyers and sellers.
The projects team represents borrowers, lenders, developers and sponsors on projects in the energy, sanitation, pulp and paper, mining and oil and gas industries.

Many of the acquisitions the firm was involved in had uniquely complex elements including sensitive negotiations on behalf of buyers looking to acquire startup companies.
