Highlights

A significant project finance mandate saw the firm advising Serentica Renewables in relation to a project financing with a consortium of three international banks and three Indian lenders to finance a 530MW round-the-clock hybrid wind and solar project in Rajasthan and Maharashtra, India. This is also the first ever dollar loan for a C&I project in India.

Another standout project mandate saw the firm advised GlobalFoundries (GF) on their long-term procurement of electricity for GF’s Singapore operations. The contract is one of the largest and longest-term power purchase agreements from an electricity retailer in Singapore.
