The Swedish law firm Delphi has offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and Linköping. The deal team is made up of about 150 lawyers who advise clients out one of their Swedish offices. The firm is being led by managing partner Stefan Erhag and supported by well-seasoned legal practitioners such as David Aversten. The firm is active in several financial and corporate areas such as banking, capital markets, M&A and restructuring and insolvency. 

 

Highlights  

 

In capital markets equity, the firm acted as legal advisor to Cedergrenska on its's public takeover of Apendere Skolor AB. The firm played a critical role in structuring and executing the public takeover bid for Aprendere Skolor. Both Cedergrenska’s and Aprendere’s share are traded on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market.  

In M&A, the firm advised Aspia and Vitruvian Partners in the acquisition of Accounto Outsourcing.
