The firm has a particular focus on banking and restructuring and insolvency work, where the firm is in the top tier for France. The firm is also very active in financial services regulatory, M&A and private equity deals.

The firm advised Apsys on the largest green financing deal of 2024 and on a convertible bond emission subscribed by Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations), dedicated to an urban redevelopment project.
