The banking team advised lenders in cross-border financing transactions in the banking and investment management sectors. 

Most of the capital markets work was on the debt side in the banking and financial services sectors. The firm advised financial institutions as underwriters in various issuances.  

The firm’s M&A team had a diversified impact on the market, advising buyers and sellers in the energy, telecommunications, and technology industries among others. The team also worked on numerous confidential matters.  

The projects team was engaged in significant social infrastructure concessions mainly in healthcare and transport.
