advising The City of Copenhagen
as lead counsel
in connection to all legal aspects of a Public Private Partnership (PPP)
focused on the financing, construction,
design and maintenance of the sewage systems in the region over a
thirty year period. This is listed as the first sewage project conducted as a PPP in Denmark.
