Highlights  

 

A notable highlight of the firms M&A activities includes its role advising Kinnevik AB in the sale of its entire shareholding in the telecommunications company Tele2. The transaction, valued at a total of USD 1.3 billion, was made to Freye Investissement, an investment vehicle controlled by Iliad and Xavier Niel. The transaction highlights the firms expertise in complex M&A deals within the Swedish Market.  

In capital markets debt, the firm advised First Camp Group in connection with its issue of its USD 237 million bond issue intended to refinance the clients existing debt. The firm advised First Camp on all legal aspects of the transaction and handled the listing of the bond issue on Nasdaq Stockholm.
