Partner and head of Bech Bunn’s Restructuring department, Anders Hoffmann Kønigsfeldt, has been appointed as administrator of Nordic Waste A/S in its bankruptcy. This deal is one of the most significant environmental disasters and bankruptcy cases in recent years in Denmark with significant media attention and ramifications on environmental legislation.
Notable project highlights include advising Nel Hydrogen Electrolysers AS & Nel AS with negotiation and contract drafting with Reliance Industries in connection with the development of green hydrogen facilities. The project is recorded as one of the largest e – fuels manufacturing facilities.
In banking and finance, the firm acted for Nordea Bank and Danske bank as financing counsel to energy company OK a.m.b.a. in connection to its large scale investment in Coop Danmark A/S. The capital investment is valued as DKK 2 billion in Coop Danmark.
