In banking and finance the firm is particularly active in advising clients on the regulatory and compliance issues related to offering financial services while in capital markets it advises issuers on buybacks and upgrades of note issues. In corporate and M&A it advises mainly the financing part on mergers, acquisitions and equity investments. In project development it advises clients on corporate and contractual matters.
