In banking the firm was active in an array of loan work, frequently advising international and domestic financial institutions on facilities extended to local businesses including acquisition and asset finance. The firm also participated in debt restructuring and financial services regulatory work.  

The firm was also active in corporate work, where it supported its extensive network of clients on a range of acquisitions, financial investments, fund raising, restructurings and joint ventures.  

In project development the firm advised on several USD multi-billion PPP mandates including Kleiat airport, Okaibe - Khalde expressway and Beirut Rafic Hariri International Airport.
