Founded in 2012, Andersen Legal is a leading Armenian law firm based in Yerevan. The firm has a collaboration agreement with Andersen Global and has recently become a member firm of the global organisations. The firm consists of a team of prominent Armenian legal professionals led by managing partner Varoujan Avedikian. The firm has a focus on financial and corporate deals where it advises on banking, M&A and investment funds. 

Highlights  

The firm advised notably advised a client on three portfolio acquisition deals where an investment fund acquired varying equity stakes in technology and telecommunications companies. 

The firm also advised on the acquisition of a controlling interest in a local high-tech company by a local multi-tier structure investment fund.
