Overview:

  • Invenergy Group has acquired the Jacinta Solar Farm, a 64MW photovoltaic power station in Salto, Uruguay, from Fotowatio Renewable Ventures. 
  • Jacinta Solar Farm was a Uruguay subsidiary of Fotowatio Renewable Ventures.
  • The plant has been in operation since October 2015.
  • Invenergy also operates the 70MW Campo Palomas Wind Farm.
  • Legacy firm Chadbourne & Parke (Raquel Bierzwinsky) advised the Inter-American Development Bank.
