Overview:

  • Finnish energy firm Fortum has agreed to sell its 51.4% stake in Eesti Gaas to Trilini Energy.
  • The buyer has also offered to purchase the 37% holding Gazprom has in the company, and Itera Latvija's 10% stake as well.
