Partners Group €167 million acquisition of a portfolio of shopping centres

Overview:

• Swiss-based Partners Group has acquired a portfolio of properties from the BPT Optima fund for €163 million.
• Partners Group was acting on behalf of its clients and its new investment vehicle with operating partner Northern Horizon Capital.
• The portfolio included six properties in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Riga and Tallinn, as well as the Young City urban regeneration site on the Gdansk waterfront, including the former shipyards.
