Boyaca Navigation Inc and IWL River $350 million asset finance

Overview:

• Boyaca Navigation and IWL River, has taken out $350 million in financing from a syndicate of banks to finance new vessels.
• Credit Agricole Investment and Corporate Bank and Sumitomo Mitsui Bank acted as lenders. 
• The financing package included a naval mortgage, governed by Colombian law, over vessels situated and flagged in Colombia.
