Humana Nasdaq OMX Stockholm IPO

Overview:

• Humana has launched an IPO on the Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.
• The issue was priced at SKr62 per share, giving the company a market capitalisation of SKr3.3 billion.
• The issue raised SKr450 million.
• Carnegie Investment Bank and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEB) acted as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners and ABG Sundal Collier and DNB acted as joint bookrunners.
• The shares were offered to the general public in Sweden and to domestic and international institutional investors.
• The IPO consisted of new shares issued by Humana and existing shares sold by Humana's principal owner Air Syndication, which is owned by funds under the control of Argan Capital Advisors, and certain minority shareholders.
• Humana is a Nordic care company with 14,000 employees.
