CFI Stavanger Holdings NKr1.6 billion 3.91% senior secured bond issue

Overview:

• CFI Stavanger Holdings completed the issue of a NKr1.6 billion 3.91% senior secured bond.
• The proceeds were used to help finance Stavanger's acquisition of Statoil's headquarters in Forus for a total consideration of approximately NKr2.5 billion.
• Stavanger is managed by US real estate investment firm Colony Capital.
