GKN acquisition of Fokker Technologies Group

Overview:

• GKN Industries has acquired Fokker Technologies from Arle Capital Partners.
• Fokker Technologies is a aerospace manufacturer specialising in aero structures, electrical systems, landing gear and associated services, across the commercial, military and business jet end markets.
• Arle Capital Partners has also sold its two other divisions in 2015.
