Powerhouse €793.5 million refinancing

Overview:

• Powerhouse France, an investment vehicle managed by TwentyTwo Real Estate, completed a €793.5 million refinancing process.
• The facility was arranged and underwritten by BNP Paribas.
• The six year package contains a €205 million corporate financing facility provided to Powerhouse France, as well as a €588.5 million senior mortgage facility provided to its subsidiary S.A.F.R.A.N.
• The company has a real estate portfolio with around €1.2 billion of assets. 
• The financing will contributes to further growth of the group's portfolio of residential properties.
