Overview:

Telecommunication tower provider IHS Holding (IHS) completed the acquisition of 1211 tower sites from Helios Towers Nigeria across Nigeria, as well as the company's issued share capital.
The sale was suggested to be around $233 million.
This was the first consolidation within the TMT sector in Africa.
