Overview:

IHS Holding, an African mobile infrastructure provider, has acquired MTN’S Mobile Network (which includes 550 mobile network towers in Rwanda and 719 mobile network towers in Zambia) from Airtel Networks.
Standard Chartered Bank granted financing to IHS for the acquisition.
IHS will invest in a build-to-suit programme.
