Sponda €220.8 million rights issue

Overview:

• Sponda, a property investment company specialising in commercial properties in Finland, completed a €220.8 million rights offering, the proceeds of which would be to repay a bridge loan raised for the acquisition of shares in Mercator and Forum Capital.
• The rights issue was fully subscribed.
• Danske Bank (Helsinki Branch) acted as the sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner with UBS also joint bookrunner.
