Deutsche Bank Spain €1.5 billion covered bond issues

Overview:

• Deutsche Bank Spain has issued €1.5 billion in two issues of covered bonds (cédulas hipotecarias)
• This is the inaugural and second covered bond issues by Deutsche Bank's Spanish subsidiary.
• On the first issue of €1 billion 0.625% bonds (due 2021) in November 2015, Deutsche Bank, Banco Santander, Bankia, Crédit Agricole, RBC Europe, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken and SwedBank acted as placing agents.
• On the second issue of €500 million 0.625% bonds (due 2020) in January 2016 Deutsche Bank, Banca IMI, BBVA, Crédit Agricole, ING Bank, Pohjola Bank and Swedbank acted as placing agents.
• The covered bonds were listed on the AIAF.
