Morgan Stanley acquisition of The Mall

Overview:

• A consortium led by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) acquired commercial property in Vienna, The Mall, from Unicredit Bank Austria for an undisclosed fee.
• The Mall contains around 30,000 square meters of retail space and roughly 62,000 square meters of office space.
