Banco Inversis acquisition of the Spanish business of Royal Bank of Canada

Overview:

• Banco Inversis has acquired the Spanish business of Royal Bank of Canada (RBC). The Spanish business is licensed as a banking institution specialising in the provision of complex financial services, including custody and sub-custody services. 
• The transaction was signed on March 10 2016 and completion is subject to the approval by the European Central Bank.
