  • The project will rehabilitate the water and wastewater infrastructure in the city at an estimated cost of KT4.4 billion.
  • The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has provided a loan of up to KT2.4 billion ($7.41 billion) to the State Communal Enterprise Kostanay Su, to support the project.
