Citi GDN programme

Overview:

• Citi has established a global depository note (GDN) programme in connection with outstanding domestic sovereign bonds of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• GDNs are a debt security version of the traditional equity-based depository receipt (DR) structure.
• This is the first GDN programme established by an international bank in Kazakhstan and is Citi's first GDN programme in the CIS region.
• The programme will provide international investors with an additional means of accessing the country's domestic sovereign bonds.
