J&T Banka €87 million AT1 bond issue

Overview:

• Czech lender J&T Banka issued two additional Tier 1 (AT1) perpetual bonds totaling €87 million. 
• The first Kc1 billion bond was issued September 2015 and has a coupon of 9%.
• The second €50 million bond was issued in December 2015 and has a coupon of 10%.
• Both issues, which do not mature so are couynted as equity, were made on the Prague Stock Exchange, and smaller bond was also listed in the Slovak Republic.
