Statoil Fuel and Retail acquisition of Dansk Fuels

Overview:

• Statoil Fuel and Retail has acquired Dansk Fuels from Shell for a confidential value. 
• Shell is exiting Denmark's downstream activities and this transaction is part of that divestment.
• The sale included 225 gas stations, 15 truck stops and 75 automated fuelling stations.
