Aberdeen Asset Management/Intertoll/EBRD acquisition of M6 Duna and M6 Tolna

Overview:

• A consortium made up of Aberdeen Asset Management, Intertoll and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has acquired stakes in two motorway concession companies - M6 Duna and M6 Tolna.
• The consortium is acquiring an 80% stake in M6 Duna and a 90% stake in M6 Tolna.
• The stakes were sold by PORR Infrastruktur Investment and Bilfinger Project Investments who sold stakes of 40% and 45% respectively in each project.
