Pramerica Investment Management RM349 million acquisition of KL Festival City Mall

Overview:

• A private equity fund managed by Pramerica Investment Management has acquired a shopping mall known as KL Festival City from Festival City, a subsidiary of Parkson Holdings, for RM349 million.
• The shopping mall comprises three levels of retail space and one level of basement car parks.
