Overview:

  • The notes have a coupon of 3.5%, mature in April 2025, and are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. 
  • Barclays and Deutsche Bank were joint structuring advisors. 
  • Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, ING, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Commerzbank, Credit Suisse Helaba, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets, Santander, GBM, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking, and UBS Investment Bank were joint bookrunners and joint lead managers.
