Overview:

  • The Evraz Group, an international steel making and mining company, completed a tender offer for three outstanding notes and concurrently issued $750 million of new 8.25% notes due 2021.
  • The tender offer was for $600 million 7.4% notes, $550 million 9.5% notes and $850 million 6.75% notes. The company successfully acquired $524 million worth of the total outstanding notes.
  • Barclays Bank, Goldman Sachs International, GPB International, JPMorgan Securities, SIB (Cyprus), UniCredit Bank and VTB Capital acted as joint lead managers and bookrunners.
  • Crédit Agricole CIB and Société Générale served as passive bookrunners.
  • BNY Mellon Corporate Trustee Services acted as trustee on the issue.
