Overview:

Invesco Real Estate has acquired the Q22 tower in Warsaw from Echo Investment.
The tower is 155 metres high and opened in June 2016. It encompasses approximately 53,000 square metres.
It is the headquarters of the Polish arm of Deloitte.
Colliers International advised Invesco.
