Overview:

Tosyalı Toyo Çelik (T&T) secured a financing package in excess of $297 million from a consortium of lenders in to fund the construction of a cold mill complex.
The lenders included the Japan Bank for International Cooperation, the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and Yapı ve Kredi Bankası.
T&T is a joint venture between Tosyalı Holding and the Toyo Kohan Company.
