Overview:

UniCredit Luxembourg secutritised €2 billion in loans it had issued to German SMEs.
The loans were acquired by the lenders' Luxembourg SPV, Geldilux-TS-2015.
Geldilux issued several classes of notes to finance the deal.
The transaction was the tenth true sale securitisation undertaken by the bank in its Geldilux programme.
