Lactalis Group $800 acqusition of an 80% stake in Ak Gıda from Yıldız Holding

Overview:

• The France-based Lactalis Group acquired an 80% stake in Ak Gıda from Yıldız Holding for an undisclosed amount.
• The sale was completed following a dual-track process where Ak Gıda also prepared to list on the Istanbul Stock Exchange, having applied for a listing in March 2015. Had it completed, it would have been the highest-value listing of 2015 in Turkey.
• HSBC Bank and Ünlü & Co served as underwriters for the listing process.
