Energo-Pro Varna €130 million 3.5% bond issue

Overview:

• Energo-Pro Varna has undertaken a €130 million bond issue.
• The 3.5% bonds mature in 2023.
• The deal is believed to be the largest bond issue ever done on the Bulgarian market.
• Energo-Pro Varna is the Bulgarian branch of the Czech energy company Energo-Pro. The company will use proceeds from the deal to invest in its distribution network.
• Balkan Advisory Company (BAC) acted as sole lead manager.
