Infracapital, the infrastructure investment arm of M&G Investments, has acquired GGE from Grafobal Group.
GGE is a Slovak energy company with 303MW of managed capacity.
The deal was the fourth acquisition made by Infracapital Partners II, a £1 billion infrastructure fund.
